Cancellation Policy

At Adsol Digital Marketing Private Limited, we understand that sometimes plans change and adjustments are necessary. If you need to cancel your service request, please consider the following guidelines:

  1. Notification: To cancel your service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service commencement. You can cancel by contacting our support team via email at gaurav@adsoldigital.com or via phone at 9988900140

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost, which compensates for the time and resources allocated to your project.

  3. Project Initiation: Once a project has been initiated and work has begun, cancellation will result in a prorated charge based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Refund Policy

Our goal at Adsol Digital Marketing Private Limited is to provide high-quality web design and development services that meet the expectations of our clients. We handle refunds as follows:

  1. Pre-Service Refund: If you cancel your service request before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made to us.

  2. Partial Completion: If work has started and you choose to cancel your project midway, we will issue a partial refund based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The exact amount refunded will be determined by the percentage of the project completed.

  3. No Refunds: Refunds will not be available once a project is completed and delivered. We encourage our clients to review and provide feedback during the development process to ensure satisfaction.

  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation notice and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Modifications to Projects

Should you need to make changes to your project scope or delivery timeline, please contact us as soon as possible. We are flexible and will work with you to accommodate your new requirements, although this may incur additional costs depending on the nature of the changes.
